Adult Mountain Bike Adventure Camp

Mountain Bike Summer Camp for Adults! This six week series offered in two of the state’s best riding localities will offer skills instruction and routes tailored to the group and current conditions. Wednesdays will meet in the Carrabassett Valley area and Fridays in the Bethel region.  All riding will take place on public trails that require no additional fees and are led by registered Maine Guide and certified mountain bike skills instructor Lindsay Beth Currier.

Camp is open to anyone 18 or older who has moderate fitness and mountain bike experience.  Each week will focus on a specific skill (ex. Fundamentals, cornering, wheel lifts, drops, pumping, and jumping) and offer a range of progressions ensuring all experience levels will benefit from camp.. Distance and pace while riding will be adjusted for the mellowest rider (no one is left behind).

At a minimum, campers should be able to:

  • Ride a bicycle comfortably off pavement
  • Have the ability to operate shifters and brakes
  • Have the fitness to ride for up to 4 hours (with breaks!) and climb up to 1,000ft
To ensure the best experience, space is limited. Sign up here to reserve your spot!
