Service Policies & Terms

  • To maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment:

    All participants must:

    • Arrive on time and prepared.

    • Follow all instructor and safety guidelines.

    • Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.

    • Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

    • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.

    We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session, workshop, or ride without refund if their behavior:

    • Compromises safety

    • Disrupts the group

    • Violates this policy

  • Participation in mountain bike skills instruction and rides involves inherent physical risks.

    By registering, participants acknowledge:

    • They are physically able to participate.

    • They voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

    • They will follow all safety instructions.

    • They understand that failure to follow instructions may increase risk of injury.

    A signed liability waiver is required prior to participation.

    Participants must disclose any relevant health conditions.

  • Outdoor sessions proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

    Unsafe conditions may include:

    • Lightning

    • High winds

    • Hazardous terrain conditions

    • Extreme weather advisories

    Safety determinations are made at our sole discretion.

    • Photos or videos may be taken during public clinics, workshops and rides for promotional use.

    • Clients may opt out by notifying the business in writing before the event.

    • Personal recording by participants may be restricted.

  • For virtual programs:

    • Access links may not be shared.

    • Recordings (if provided) are for registered participants only.

    • Unauthorized distribution of materials is prohibited.

    • Technical difficulties on the participant’s end do not qualify for refund.

  • Public Skills Clinics and Guided Rides:

    • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

    • All registrations are first-come, first-served.

    • Your registration is confirmed only once payment is received.

    • Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed registrations will not be affected.

    Private Bookings:

    • Private bookings are for up to 6 participants

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.

    • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

    • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your booking date.

    • Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the session.

    The deposit reserves exclusive time in our schedule and prevents other bookings from being accepted.

  • All sales are final.

    We do not offer refunds for:

    • Cancellations

    • Schedule conflicts

    • Illness

    • Travel disruptions

    • Weather (unless the event itself is canceled by us)

    By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

  • If you cannot attend:

    You may transfer your registration under the following conditions:

    Option 1: Waitlist Transfer

    • If the program has an active waitlist, we will offer your spot to the next person in line.

    • If the spot is successfully filled, you will receive a credit for a future program (or transfer of registration, depending on your preference).

    Option 2: Client-Provided Replacement

    • You may find someone to take your place.

    • The replacement participant must:

      • Meet all eligibility and skill requirements.

      • Complete required waivers and forms.

    • Transfers must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to the start time.

    No refunds will be issued directly to the original registrant. Any financial arrangements between you and your replacement are your responsibility.

  • If we cancel a session due to:

    • Severe weather

    • Instructor illness

    • Safety concerns

    • Insufficient enrollment

    • Unforeseen circumstances

    Participants will be offered:

    • A rescheduled date, OR

    • A credit toward a future program.

    Refunds may be issued only if rescheduling or credit is not feasible (at our discretion).
