Women's MTB Workshop: Bike Setup
Gather the girls and head to Allspeed to learn all things relevant to mountain bike setup to enhance your ride on the trails. Bring your own bike or follow along as we cover suspension set up and components that fine tune your unique fit to your ride. From your handlebars to your pedals, you’ll learn options to improve both handling and ergonomics on the bike. Once we have everyone's steeds dialed we will head out on a short ride from the shop.

Everwild, presented by MetroWest Subaru, creates a space for women of all skills and abilities to advance the sport and build community through wellness, whether you’re a veteran rider or someone who has never been on a mountain bike.

Gather the girls and head to Allspeed to learn essential trailside repairs to keep you flowing on the singletrack. Bring your own bike or follow along as we cover how to fix a flat tire, repair a chain and other common repairs. After we get our hands dirty, we will head out on a short ride from the shop. All ability and fitness levels are welcome to join.
Elevate Mountain Bike Festival
Elevate Mountain Bike Festival came to fruition when three non-profit entities saw a gaping hole when it came mountain biking events centered around women, gender-expansive individuals, and community. With this shared mission in mind, Kingdom Trails Association (KTA), New England Mountain Bike Association (NEMBA), and Vermont Mountain Bike Association (VMBA) came together to host Elevate version 1.0 in 2023.
