She taught me not only how to ride safely but also how to truly enjoy the thrill of downhill mountain biking. Her contagious enthusiasm and focus on building foundational skills helped me conquer double black diamond trails and tackle jumps and drops with confidence. By the end of the weekend, I was riding fearlessly without crashing. Lindsay had agreed to give me a beginner lesson, but before we even started she fixed the position of my brake levers and shifters, greatly increasing my comfort and safety.
