This clinic briefly covers Bike Set Up, assisting you with adjusting your bike for the best possible ride. On bike education includes learning to maintain balance through intentional body positioning, how to stop and start with confidence on low angle terrain and how to change direction at slower speeds.
Duration: 2 hours
Setting: Open terrain with some on trail training
Pre-requisites: Riders should be able to balance and pedal a bicycle.
All clinics include bike safety check, initial skills assessment after check-in, and inlcude instructor demonstrations and hands (or bikes) on learning. All clinics are limited to a maximum of 6 students to maximize learning time.
